Hard Cherry Brisket Board
For the serious BBQ fanatic!!! My Brisket Boards are very similar to my Premium Cutting Boards only on STEROIDS.
This particular board is crafted using Cherry Hardwood and adding strips of Padauk to add to the color/contrast. This board measures 18 inches wide , nearly 24 inches long, just over 1.75 inches thick and weighs in at over 17 lbs. Plenty big enough to carve up even the biggest brisket. It has a generous juice groove on the top and a heavy chamfer around the entire bottom that allows for an easy grip from anywhere on the board. The board is finished with rubber feet on the bottom for convenience of use.
My premium quality boards are finished with Howard Products brand food grade Cutting Board Oil, then coated with their Butcher Block Conditioner and finally a coat of food grade finishing wax to create a luxurious finish.
